Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD)
The purpose of CARD is to provide support and assistance with the goal of optimizing the potential of individuals with autism spectrum disorders, dual-sensory impairments and related disabilities.
Center for HIV/AIDS Research, Education and Service (UF CARES)
UF CARES is the only comprehensive pediatric and family-focused HIV and AIDS program in Northeast Florida and South Georgia that provides primary, secondary and tertiary care for HIV-exposed and infected individuals and families.
Early Steps Program
Northeastern Early Steps is a Children’s Medical Services program that provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers, from birth to 36 months, with developmental delays, disabilities and at-risk conditions at no cost to families.
Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS)
FDLRS provides evaluations to children who are struggling in school and have complex medical, social, emotional, and/or behavioral needs.
Jacksonville Health and Transition Services (JaxHATS)
The JaxHATS clinic was created to help the transition from pediatric health care to adult-oriented health care for people with disabilities and chronic health conditions.
