Patient Care Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System Services are available at UF Health Developmental Pediatrics – Dupont Station The following services are also available through specialized programs: Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) provides customized, direct assistance to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and those with more than one sensory (hearing or vision) loss. Services include referrals, parent workshops, case coordination, service planning, family support, nonresidential assistance and community outreach programs. Learn more about CARD Early Steps Program (Early Intervention Program) Early steps offers identification and intervention services for families with infants and toddlers (birth to 36 months) who have a delay, such as walking, talking, hearing or seeing, or have an established condition, such cerebral palsy, that is likely to result in a developmental delay. Individualized plans of care and case management are provided. Children and families from the six northeast Florida counties (Baker, Bradford, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns) are connected to trained early intervention teams serving in locations where families normally live, work and play.
